Bob is the Senior Director of Quality and Product Compliance for Vista Outdoor, the world's largest outdoor sporting goods company responsible for 50 brands including Bell Sports, Camelbak, Giro Cycle, Bushnell, Bolle, Bolle Safety, Federal Premium, Savage Arms and others.

Bob is a graduate of the New York Institute of Technology's Electrical Engineering program and holds a Masters Degree in Business Leadership from Regent University.

He is a product safety veteran of the consumer products industry having held executive positions at Mattel, Fisher-Price and Kids II. Bob began his career in product safety with Underwrites Laboratories in their Melville Office. Bob is a former member of the ICPHSO Board of Directors and served as Treasurer for 3 years.
