Evan Locke is Principal of RSC Global Solutions, LLC, based in Massachusetts. He has dedicated his career leading global consumer product brands in product quality, product safety and product integrity for the past 25 years.

His proficiencies and leadership areas are extensive covering US and international standards ensuring consumer products comply with state, federal and retailer requirements, as well as CSR programs, factory quality audits and certification programs.

He advises clients on product design and liability, risk hazard evaluation, regulatory compliance, product recalls and warnings and instructions. He helps clients evaluate products and businesses obtain the necessary lawful validations and conducts trainings on safety compliance methodologies, strategies and best practices.

His major concentration is with sports equipment, apparel and footwear. He has worked with toy and juvenile manufacturers, promotional products suppliers and matters that impact the environment and sustainability.

He participates in several ASTM committees F08 Sport Equipment & Facilities, F15 Consumer Products and has co-authored standards. He has been recognized for outstanding work with the CPSC eliminating General Certificate of Compliance documentation on exempt adult apparel formerly required under the CPSIA.
